Letter from Recruitment Chair
Dear Potential New Members,
With your first year of college nearing, sorority recruitment may be on your radar the day you set foot on East Campus, or may not even cross your mind until the final day of registration. As Vice President of Membership of the Beta Theta chapter of Delta Gamma, I encourage you all to participate and join the wonderful Panhellenic community at Duke University! I speak on behalf of all of Beta Theta when I say we cannot wait to meet all of you during formal Recruitment in January. We are so excited to share with you the incredible sisterhood we have built here at Duke. As Delta Gammas, we have the chance to participate in philanthropic events benefitting our Foundation, Service for Sight, gain leadership skills through executive positions, and network with alumnae across the nation. Most importantly, we form long-lasting friendships through the values fostered by our fraternity. I feel so lucky to call such a talented group of young women my best friends for life.
Our chapter prides itself on its authenticity. Beta Theta is made up of a unique, passionate and engaging group of girls from all over the world. Our sisters come from countries near and far, yet they have all found a home away from home in Delta Gamma. We all have diverse passions and interests, and although we may seem totally different, together we have so much fun! You all have an amazing experience ahead, and I am truly looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you in January! If you have any Recruitment-related questions, please feel free to contact me!
See you soon!
